Use this page for research questions, corrections to published notes, and collaboration inquiries. Including the specifics up front, such as an address, a note title, or a transaction hash, gets a faster and more useful reply.

Corrections with on-chain evidence Reviewed first

What to send for a correction

If a note contains an error, send the note title, the specific claim, and the transaction or label evidence that contradicts it. Corrections with on-chain evidence attached are reviewed first, and accepted corrections are applied to the note itself so other readers see what changed.

If you are not sure whether something is an error, send it anyway. Ambiguity in a published note is worth fixing.

Research and methodology questions

Questions about how a signal is built, why a cluster threshold was chosen, or how a flow was traced belong here. Mention the note and section you are asking about, and describe what you expected to see. Those details make the difference between a generic answer and a useful one.

We answer what we can from published methods. Where a question goes beyond what we can document, we say so. If your question touches wallet clustering thresholds, exchange attribution, or how a token flow analysis was assembled from raw transfers, name the method page you read and the step that did not match your expectation.

What helps most The exact sentence or figure you were reading, and the step where it stopped matching your own look at the chain.

Collaboration inquiries

We work with researchers on method notes and case work from time to time. Send a short description of the question you want to work on, the data you already have, and what you would want from FlowLens. A paragraph is enough to start.

We do not take requests to write notes that promote a token, a product, or a position. That line is fixed, and it keeps the research readable for people who arrived with a question rather than a pitch.

What you send The question, a paragraph on why it matters to you, and what you have already checked. Sketches and scratch tables are welcome.
What we bring Published method notes, the wallet intelligence and token flow analysis layers behind them, and time to read your data against ours.
What to expect A reply in two to three working days. Sometimes the answer is that the question sits outside what we can document, and we say so plainly.

Office address and hours

The research desk sits in Mountain View. Visits are by arrangement rather than drop-in, since the team is usually at a screen mid-investigation.

Desk hours
Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Pacific Time. Messages received outside those hours are read the next working day.

Email is the better route for anything involving addresses or transaction evidence, since attachments and links survive better than they do over the phone.

What happens after you write

Messages are triaged by topic. Corrections go to the analyst who wrote the note. Methodology questions go to whoever maintains that method. Collaboration inquiries get read by the team before anyone replies.

Expect a first response within two to three working days. If your message needs a longer answer, you will get an acknowledgment first rather than silence. If a correction is accepted, the note is edited in place and the original claim is not quietly dropped.

What we cannot help with

We do not give investment advice, and we do not comment on whether a specific token or wallet is worth following. We cannot recover funds, intervene in a transaction, or contact a counterparty on your behalf. If your question is about something outside on-chain research, we will tell you rather than forward it along.

Where to go next

Reading before writing saves a round trip. The research library holds the published notes and their methods; the tools pages describe what the Wallet Tracker, Wallet Clusters, and AI Activity Summary features measure and where GMGN and other third-party analytical data sources are credited as references.
